Pertumbuhan pesat e-commerce di Indonesia mendorong munculnya berbagai platform digital seperti Tokopedia, Shopee, dan TikTok Shop yang menjadi favorit kalangan Generasi Z. Generasi ini dikenal sebagai digital native yang sangat selektif dalam memilih aplikasi, terutama dari segi kemudahan penggunaan (usability). Namun, kurangnya evaluasi yang terstandar pada platform-platform ini menyebabkan belum adanya pengukuran yang objektif terhadap tingkat usability dari sudut pandang Gen Z. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan tingkat usability ketiga aplikasi tersebut menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 100 responden Generasi Z berusia 17–27 tahun. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa Shopee memperoleh skor 79,675, Tokopedia 79,425, dan TikTok Shop 76,825. Berdasarkan kategori SUS, ketiganya berada dalam level Good dan Acceptable. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran penting bagi pengembang aplikasi e-commerce untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kualitas fitur serta antarmuka pengguna yang lebih sesuai dengan ekspektasi Generasi Z. Temuan ini juga dapat dijadikan acuan untuk penelitian lanjutan.
