Desain antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna (UI/UX) merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan kualitas dan keberhasilan aplikasi mobile, khususnya pada aplikasi layanan pemesanan makanan. Aplikasi Domino’s Pizza Indonesia sebagai platform pemesanan digital perlu dievaluasi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana desain UI/UX yang diterapkan telah memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis desain UI/UX aplikasi Domino’s Pizza Indonesia menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) yang mencakup enam dimensi, yaitu daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring kepada pengguna aplikasi Domino’s Pizza Indonesia, dengan jumlah responden yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi UEQ memperoleh nilai rata-rata di atas ambang batas positif dan berada pada kategori Excellent berdasarkan benchmark UEQ internasional. Meskipun demikian, beberapa aspek seperti stimulasi, ketepatan, dan efisiensi memiliki nilai relatif lebih rendah dibandingkan dimensi lainnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan rancangan mockup redesain UI/UX sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas visual, navigasi, dan transparansi informasi transaksi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan desain UI/UX aplikasi Domino’s Pizza Indonesia.

User interface and user experience (UI/UX) design play an important role in determining the quality and success of mobile applications, particularly in food ordering services. The Domino’s Pizza Indonesia application, as a digital ordering platform, needs to be evaluated to determine how well its UI/UX design meets user needs and expectations. This study aims to analyze the UI/UX design of the Domino’s Pizza Indonesia application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), which consists of six dimensions: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to users of the Domino’s Pizza Indonesia application, with a total of 30 respondents meeting the research criteria. The results show that all UEQ dimensions achieved mean scores above the positive threshold and were classified as Excellent based on the international UEQ benchmark. However, several aspects, including stimulation, dependability, and efficiency, obtained relatively lower scores compared to other dimensions. Therefore, this study proposes a UI/UX mockup redesign as a solution to improve visual quality, navigation efficiency, and transaction information transparency. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for improving the UI/UX design quality of the Domino’s Pizza Indonesia application.
