Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah website interaktif yang dapat meningkatkan layanan dan pengalaman pelanggan di Klinik Kecantikan Mumtahana Beauty Care yang terletak di Depok, Jawa Barat. Website ini diharapkan dapat menjawab kebutuhan klinik untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar, memperbaiki sistem layanan, serta meningkatkan daya saing klinik dalam industri kecantikan yang semakin kompetitif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dipadukan dengan metode Design Thinking. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai kebutuhan pengguna, serta proses perancangan website yang berfokus kemudahan penggunaan dan pengalaman pelanggan. Proses penelitian mencakup identifikasi masalah, perumusan solusi, pembuatan prototipe website, dan pengujian prototipe bersama dengan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website yang dirancang memiliki fitur-fitur penting seperti sistem booking online, katalog produk skincare, artikel edukasi, serta integrasi dengan media sosial dan WhatsApp. Website ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media promosi tetapi juga sebagai sarana interaksi yang lebih dekat dengan pelanggan, meningkatkan kenyamanan, serta mempermudah akses layanan. Website yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat memperkuat posisi Klinik Mumtahana Beauty Care di pasar lokal dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.
