Scrum merupakan salah satu kerangka kerja Agile yang banyak digunakan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi, transparansi, dan efisiensi kerja tim. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami bagaimana penerapan metode Scrum berjalan dalam tim pengembang IT di PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitasnya. Dalam proses implementasinya, Scrum menghadirkan berbagai praktik seperti sprint planning, daily stand-up, dan retrospective yang bertujuan menjaga kesinambungan dan akuntabilitas tim. Di sisi lain, tantangan seperti inkonsistensi praktik, kurangnya pemahaman peran, serta hambatan komunikasi lintas fungsi turut menjadi faktor penghambat. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan pengukuran berbasis Evidence-Based Management, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai peran Scrum dalam mendukung kinerja proyek teknologi informasi, khususnya dalam konteks pengembangan aplikasi pemantauan tugas karyawan. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar perbaikan dan pengambilan keputusan untuk optimalisasi praktik Agile di lingkungan organisasi.
