PT. Pertamina (Persero) is a state-owned petroleum company that including oil, gas and new and renewable energy. Pertamina run their business activities based on the principles of good corporate governance so they can participate in highly competitive in this era of globalization. As the locomotive of the nation's economy, PT. Pertamina (Persero) Has implemented ERP in its business process. Started 2009 PT Pertamina (Persero) has implemented SAP to their support business processes in every transaction including Master Data, Procurement Operation, HR Operation, Sales Operation, Finance Operation. However, in the implementation there are still some problems in their Hiring process (the process of recording the data of prospective workers) due to the hiring process that every month can reach 250-300 people still made manual input into the system, so it is enough to spend a lot of time. Then human resources (HR) applied new method of automation as a tool in their working process. data source came from interviews and questionnaires and calculation of the percentage of user acceptance of automation to determine whether this automation gives significant effect on Hiring process in PT. Pertamina (Persero).
