STRATEGI DAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DALAM ORIENTASI PASAR DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA STUDI KASUS PT BRIDGESTONE TIRE INDONESIA JAKARTA

Abstract - Asean Economic Community or (MEA) is a competitive market in the world of business globally will become increasingly more tight in the competition so that encourage entrepreneurs trying to find strategies to improve the quality of the company's performance to create an ever-changing corporate environment in the MEA market. This study aims to provide an overview of the relationship of corporate strategy and quality oriented to market and corporate environment at PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia Jakarta by testing the influence of strategy, performance in market orientation and work environment, with surve method with causality technique. By proving the influence and influence of the variables studied. Result of research indicate that market orientation toward company environment that is equal to 0.61, whereas direct relation between market orientation to performance have value equal to -1.36 meaning there is no direct relation between variable of market orientation to performance, while between company strategy to company environment that is equal to 1,1952, the direct correlation between company strategy to performance has value equal to -3.3807 meaning there is no relation between variable of company strategy to performance, and indirect relation shown with value 3,3511, with indirectly positive value value. While the direct relationship between the corporate environment with the performance of 2.8039 means that between the environmental variables of the company with the performance there are directly 2.8039. And the indirect relationship shown by the company environmental variables with the performance of 0.000 means no indirect relationship. PT. Bridgestone Tire Indonesia has implemented strategies and performance well to achieve management objectives with due regard to market orientation and work environment.
