PENERAPAN POLA PEMBAYARAN INA-CBGS BPJS KESEHATAN DALAM TINJAUAN REGULASI DAN IMPLEMENTASI

In the days before entering the era of nhi ( the national health insurance ) the payment of physicians and hospitals generally using patterns of payment retrospective. Conventionally encumbering fare done on the basis of the provision of services or fee for services ( ffs ). Entering the era of nhi the government through institutions its executioner bpjs health has implemented policy the payment system for prospective, This caused by the payment system was more in line with the culture and shades in the health insurance. The payment system for prospective is expected to more capable of control the cost of health care and encourage health services to always having the quality of according to standard. Among the payment of prospective models used in the program is bpjs health system package ina-cbgs ( indonesia case base groups , ) namely a fare system for payment with tally based on data and data costing koding hospital. Data costing obtained from the hospital elected ( hospitals sample ) as representation and data koding the results of grouping system of codifying of diagnosis the end and the act of / procedures be output service. The system is used both in inpatient or outpatient to level faskes advanced by the use of the information technology system in the form of application ina-cbg. Optimization the success of the application of ina cbgs, in addition to technology also must be supported by sufficiency budget , good management and services faskes and the policy and regulations other support. Synergy these factors are is expected to optimize the national social security system.
