SISTEM INFORMASI PENJUALAN DAN PERSEDIAAN BERBASIS WEB PADA RESTORAN ALAM MEMANGGIL BOGOR

Sistem pembayaran yang masih menggunakan kalkulator sering menyebabkan
kesalahan hitung, sementara manajemen pengelolaan bahan baku kerap menghadapi
kendala seperti tidak terdeteksinya persediaan yang habis. Proses pembuatan laporan
yang dilakukan secara manual menyulitkan identifikasi rincian pendapatan, sehingga
arus pemasukan dan pengeluaran menjadi tidak jelas. Untuk mengatasi masalah
tersebut, dirancanglah sistem pemesanan dan pengelolaan restoran berbasis website
dengan metode waterfall. Sistem ini bertujuan mengurangi kesalahan dalam
pencatatan transaksi harian, membantu karyawan dalam proses pembayaran, serta
menghasilkan laporan transaksi secara akurat untuk mencegah penumpukan dan
tercecernya data. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa website ini memiliki performa
tinggi dengan skor Performance 91, yang berarti halaman memuat dengan cepat.
Selain itu, nilai Best Practices mencapai 100, menunjukkan kualitas teknis dan
keamanan yang sangat baik. Namun, nilai Accessibility sebesar 60 mengindikasikan
perlunya peningkatan agar sistem lebih inklusif dan mudah diakses oleh pengguna
dengan disabilitas. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional
restoran secara signifikan.

The payment system that still uses a calculator often causes miscalculations, while raw
material management often faces obstacles such as undetected out-of-stock. The
manual reporting process makes it difficult to identify income details, so that the flow
of income and expenses becomes unclear. To overcome this problem, a website-based
restaurant ordering and management system was designed using the waterfall method.
This system aims to reduce errors in recording daily transactions, assist employees in
the payment process, and produce accurate transaction reports to prevent data
accumulation and loss. The test results show that this website has high performance
with a Performance score of 91, which means the page loads quickly. In addition, the
Best Practices value reaches 100, indicating excellent technical quality and security.
However, the Accessibility value of 60 indicates the need for improvement so that the
system is more inclusive and accessible to users with disabilities. This system is
expected to significantly improve the operational efficiency of the restaurant.
