Recording of receipts and outlays cash considered is not important, because considered a waste of time, should add to the cost, and a lot of paper to be wasted. To prevent excessive paper use in recording transactions cash receipts and disbursements, as well as to streamline the recording time, then made an application that can streamline transaction recording cash receipts and disbursements. This application is intended for individuals who want to know the size of acceptance or disbursements of cash in a certain period. Research conducted directly with observation, and literature regarding webbased programming, journals, and books on methods Waterfall. By using method Waterfall, the more structured application creation and the resulting application can help the recording of cash receipts and payments transactions more effectively and efficiently.
