The use of a method of taking a decision can certainly help stakeholders to more easily in taking a decision which was considered more appropriate. Many supporting a method of decision that there have been able to get a variety of the case of decision-making in both quantitative and qualitative data. Decision support systems can also be applied to the PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo in selecting supervisors, with the data obtained in the form of quantitative data and involved 28 criteria in the assessment of one of the methods that can be applied is method-Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making by using Simple Additive Weighting. This method is considered quite appropriate because the calculations are quite simple and easy to understand and can involve many criteria. Simple Additive Weighting process itself will begin by conducting a decision matrix formation in pairs, defuzzification process, the process of normalization, weighting process and ends with grading to get the best results.
