Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Knowledge Sharing terhadap Prestasi Belajar

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of organizational culture and knowledge sharing on learning achievement. Organizational culture is a common perception held by organization’s members (Robbins, 2005). Knowledge sharing as the action in which employees diffuse relevant information to others across the organization (Bartol dan Srivastava dalam Yang, 2007). Learning achievement is the result of learning that achieved by students with certain criteria (Nana Sudjana dalam Ariwibowo, 2012). The objectives of this research was to find out: (1) the influence of organizational culture on learning achievement, (2 )the influence of knowledge sharing on learning achievement, (3) the influence of organizational culture and knowledge sharing simultaneously on learning achievment). This research uses correlational research method. The results show: (1) there is a positive effect of organizational culture on learning achievement, (2) there is not a positive effect  of  knowledge sharing on learning achievement, (3) there are a positif effect organizational culture and knowledge sharing simultaneously on learning achievement.
