Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Berbasis Web Pada Puskesmas Pluit Jakarta

Healthcare with online media is the interaction between medical informatics, public health, and business. Puskesmas Pluit is one of the institutions that operates in public health service. Puskesmas really need information system in the process of implementation of its activities, including health care with online media. Health services are one part of public health services. Puskesmas need information systems in the process of implementing activities, including systems for registration of patients by reducing queuing time, facilitating online process to hospital using BPJS, patient data management and health management. In this study using prototype method, while data collection methods, documentation and interview techniques. System design tools used to complete the system model using several UML diagrams are Activity Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Deployment Diagrams and Package Diagrams and using ERD for database concepts. With the creation of this health service information system, is expected to assist the process of existing activities in Pluit Puskesmas.
