ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS WEBSITE SMPN5.GOSCH.ID UNTUK MENGUKUR KEPUASAN PENGGUNA MENGUNAKAN METODE WEBQUAL 4.0

Website merupakan fasilitas internet yang menghubungkan dokumen dalam lingkup lokal maupun jarak jauh. Dokumen pada website disebut dengan web page dan link dalam website memungkinkan pengguna bisa berpindah dari satu page ke page lain (hyper text), baik diantara page yang disimpan dalam server yang sama maupun server diseluruh dunia. Dalam hal ini permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu  pelayanan  informasi melalui situs website smpn5kroya.gosch.id masih dalam tahap pengembangan, serta belum adanya evaluasi terhadap situs website smpn5kroya.gosch.id terutama dari sisi kepuasan pengguna menjadi alasan kuat bahwa penelitian ini penting dilakukan oeh peneliti. Oleh karena itu metode yang dipakai untuk mengukur kualitas website smpn5kroya.gosch.id  yaitu metode Webqual 4.0. Diketahui nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,658, dimana nilai 0,811 merupakan pengkuadratan dari koefisien korelasi atau R, yaitu 0,811. Besarnya angka 0,658 koefisien determinasi sama dengan 65,8% angka tersebut mengadung arti bahwa usability (X1), information quality (X2) dan interaction quality (X3) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y). Sedangkan sisanya 100% − 65,8% = 24,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variabel webqual 4.0 ini.

A website is an internet facility that connects documents locally and remotely. Documents on a website are called web pages and links on a website allow users to move from one page to another (hyper text), both between pages stored on the same server or servers throughout the world. In this case, the problem that occurs is that information services via the smpn5kroya.gosch.id website are still in the development stage, and there has been no evaluation of the smpn5kroya.gosch.id website, especially in terms of user satisfaction, which is a strong reason that this research is important for researchers to carry out. Therefore, the method used to measure the quality of the smpn5kroya.gosch.id website is the Webqual 4.0 method. It is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.658, where the value of 0.811 is the square of the correlation coefficient or R, namely 0.811. The figure of 0.658 coefficient of determination is equal to 65.8%. This figure means that usability (X1), information quality (X2) and interaction quality (X3) influence consumer satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the remaining 100% − 65.8% = 24.2% is influenced by other variables outside the WebQual 4.0 variable.
